IMPORTANT. Please take a moment to review your 2023 MBSYEP Overview document provided to you by Office of Youth Programs.

Note that all worksites are responsible for managing personnel while assigned to them, even during a transfer request. If you request a transfer and do not attend your assigned worksite, unfortunately, worksites are not allowed to mark you present and you will not receive work credit hours.

PS! Some transfer request can take up to 2 weeks to process. Please plan accordingly.

REQUEST TRANSFER

DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THE TRANSFER FORM
On the form, you will need to complete basic information provided:
Host Site: ArtsGroup Inc
Worksite Name: Studioplace A&R Complex
Participant Position: STUDIO TRAINEE
Worksite Supervisor : Mr. West
Indicate your reason in “OTHER” as to why you are requesting a transfer.
It is the ultimate decision of DOES OYP to approve worksite transfers. They will provide you a status.
If you do not show up for work, you will not be able to transfer. Transfer requests can take up to 2 weeks to finalize and you will not receive workcredit for any worksite if you do not coordinate work with the worksite.
