Greetings. My name is Mr. West, and welcome to the “Young Valued N Gifted Artist Development Program.” A long time ago, we set off on a mission to work with creatives in the community. What started as a few youth helping us around the studio has grown into a full agency training program, with over a thousand creatives passing through our doors to date.

Throughout the program, you will be given various studio tasks designed to enhance your artistic capabilities and deepen your understanding of the industry. These activities include hands-on studio sessions, collaborative projects, and professional development workshops. Every aspect of our program is meticulously tailored to support your growth as an artist and a professional.

Important Note on Transfers: If you wish to transfer to another worksite, the site must be prepared to accept you. Contact the worksite you are requesting to join and have the point of contact email info@artsgroup.org. We also recommend contacting the Office of Youth Programs (OYP) to track the progress of your transfer request. Please note that you must be onsite at your assigned worksite during this process to ensure your pay is not interrupted.
