Client booking begins and ends at the time reserved. Unfortunately, bookings that extend 30 minutes past the booking end time will be billed twice the hourly rate, and charges will be applied to the card on file 30 past the scheduled end time.

Insurance is required for pop-ups, trade shows, and/or ticketed events, if applicable. The client assumes all legal and regulatory responsibility for all matters pertaining to their event and holds Venue/Studio harmless from any and all claims.

Sales of alcohol as part of ticketed sales must be coordinated with site bar.
You are responsible for all operations related to your event including managing door sales, bar, and security requirements.

The client is responsible for conducting a walkthrough before and after booking. If you have a planner or POC, please let Venue know to add it to your account so Venue is aware.

ID & Bag Check at the door. All persons entering the premises are subject to and consent to security monitoring during booking. No bottles or beverages are allowed to enter the facility at any time.
Weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden. Evidence of events involving weapons will result in immediate closure.

Vendor unloading may be done at the door, but must move vehicles into a parking space BEFORE entering the venue. Cars parking in unauthorized areas or alongside the building fire lanes will be towed at the owner's expense. No loitering or gathering in the parking lot is allowed during bookings.

The client is responsible for setup & breakdown of their event. Please sweep the space, clean up any major spills or mishaps, and place all trash from booking in bins located outside at the south end of the parking lot.
Venue shall assist as needed, parking lot management, space access, and deep cleaning/sanitization of event space. Glitter, confetti, tape, or puncturing of any walls is strictly prohibited.

No smoking or e-cigarettes are allowed indoors. Please follow posted signs for smoking areas.

Audio/Visual (A/V) and sound is not included in your booking. The client is required to coordinate with Venue on the use of club AV.
Fees are based on the Client's request.

Parking is limited. No tandem, double or other forms of illegal parking. Do not park in tow away zones or in fire lanes next to the facility.
The client may reserve available parking through the box office if available.
Events involving holidays or VIP events may require parking fees due to space availabilty.

The client shall follow county rules and regulations for managing food and beverages in commercial spaces.
Ticketed events and/or bookings involving performances should follow county regulations and rules.
The sale of alcohol requires a Prince George's County off-premise or day permit.

The venue provides cash bar services for bookings 75 guests and over. The client may request cash bar services once a rental contract has been completed.

The client is required to inform guests that BYOB for each individual guest is NOT allowed. No bottles or cups are allowed inside our venues.
A designated POC, server, or bartender must plan for early arrival and manage all beverages at a bar. The client assumes all liability and responsibility for alcohol-related matters, damages to premises or overtime charges.

Cooking on-site, deep fryers, or other cooking apparatuses is prohibited.
Warmers and chauvet trays are allowed.

Guest agrees to cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies as required in identifying and addressing Food and Beverage violations on the premises. Discovery of illegal sales results in a breach of contract, a transferable fine of $250 or higher, and possible immediate closure.
